A high-speed collision at Palasuni Square in Bhubaneswar on Monday left one car mounted on top of another, causing a major traffic disruption. The accident occurred when a speeding vehicle from Cuttack rammed into another moving car, injuring the driver, who was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The crash brought traffic to a standstill for nearly 30 minutes, creating long queues on both sides of the road. Authorities deployed a crane to remove the damaged vehicles, restoring normal traffic flow. Preliminary reports indicate overspeeding as the likely cause, and the police are investigating the incident further.
