SSC Revises MTS 2025 Exam Schedule for Jhansi and Gorakhpur Centres

The Staff Selection Commission has rescheduled the SSC MTS 2025 exam for three centres in Uttar Pradesh after cancellations and postponements. All affected candidates will now appear for the examination on February 13, 2026.

TheStaff Selection Commission(SSC) has revised the examination schedule for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) Examination 2025 at three centres in Uttar Pradesh following cancellations and postponements in Jhansi and Gorakhpur.

According to the updated notification, all affected candidates will now appear for the examination onFebruary 13, 2026.

Centres Affected

Earlier, the following exam shifts were impacted:

  • February 4, 2026 (Shift 3) at Sanskar Academy, Jhansi — Cancelled

  • February 5, 2026 (Shift 1) at Shifa Online Center, Gorakhpur — Cancelled

  • February 6, 2026 (All Shifts) at L.M. The Public School, Jhansi — Postponed

The SSC clarified that the revised schedule applies only to candidates assigned to these specific centres. All other examination venues and shifts remain unchanged.

Revised Schedule and Candidate Guidelines

Candidates who were scheduled to appear at the affected centres must download and review their revised admit cards carefully. The updated admit cards will contain new reporting times and any modified instructions.

Authorities have stressed that:

  • Candidates must reach the exam centre before the revised reporting time.

  • Entry will be strictly regulated as per SSC guidelines.

  • No candidate will be allowed entry after the gate closing time.

  • All required documents mentioned on the admit card must be carried without fail.

The commission has advised aspirants to rely solely on official updates published on the SSC website and avoid misinformation circulating on unofficial platforms.

What Candidates Should Do

  • Check the official SSC portal regularly for notifications.

  • Download the updated admit card well in advance.

  • Plan travel arrangements according to the new schedule.

The commission stated that the rescheduling was necessary due to logistical issues at the affected centres and aims to ensure fairness, transparency, and smooth conduct of the examination.
