On the occasion of the 77th Republic Day, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi unfurled the national flag at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack and addressed the gathering. He described Cuttack as a symbol of Odisha’s rich culture and heritage and said the celebrations reflected unity and pride among the people.
Emphasising constitutional values such as justice, liberty, equality and fraternity, Majhi paid tribute to national leaders and freedom fighters from across the country and Odisha. He also spoke about India’s journey since Independence, the challenges it faced, and the progress achieved in recent years, urging citizens to uphold constitutional ideals and contribute to national development.
