Kylian Mbappe has arrived in Saudi Arabia ahead of the Spanish Super Cup final, heightening anticipation for another El Clásico clash between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona. The French star confirmed his arrival on social media as Madrid landed in Jeddah for the January 12 final at King Abdullah Sports City, sparking fresh speculation over his availability despite ongoing recovery from a knee injury.
Real Madrid booked their place in the final with a narrow win over Atletico Madrid, while Barcelona cruised into the title clash after a dominant 5–0 victory against Athletic Club, setting up a high-stakes showdown between the rivals.
Mbappe has been sidelined since late December with a ligament sprain in his left knee and missed the semi-final against Atletico. However, head coach Xabi Alonso indicated that the forward is improving, has resumed training, and will be assessed like any other available player ahead of the final.
