Residents report difficulty breathing, sleeping, and eating due to the relentless swarm, while vegetable plants in courtyards have been destroyed. Despite attempts to control the outbreak, the caterpillar population continues to grow, leaving locals frustrated and urging the administration for immediate relief and effective measures to restore normalcy.
