Gaudium IVF IPO, opening February 20, is a Rs 165 crore book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of Rs 90 crore and an offer for sale worth Rs 75 crore. Priced between Rs 75 and Rs 79 per share, the IPO has a lot size of 189 shares. The grey market premium (GMP) was last reported at Rs 12, suggesting a potential listing gain of over 15% based on the upper band.
Shree Ram Twistex IPOwill open on February 23 and aims to raise Rs 110.24 crore through a fresh issue. The price band is set at Rs 95–104 per share with a lot size of 144 shares. The latest GMP of Rs 5 indicates a modest expected listing gain of around 4–5%.
The largest issue of the week,Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions IPO, is sized at Rs 3,100 crore, including a Rs 1,200 crore fresh issue and Rs 1,900 crore offer for sale. With a price band of Rs 1,000–1,053 and a lot size of 14 shares, the GMP of Rs 9 points to limited listing upside of under 1%, though investor focus may remain on the company’s renewable energy positioning.
PNGS Reva Diamond Jewellery IPOwill open on February 24, seeking to raise Rs 380 crore via a fresh issue. Priced at Rs 367–386 per share with a lot size of 32 shares, the GMP of Rs 21 indicates a possible listing gain of around 5%.
While grey market premiums provide early sentiment cues, investors should remember they are unofficial and highly volatile. Final subscription numbers, institutional participation, and broader market conditions will ultimately determine listing performance. With diversified sectors — healthcare, textiles, renewable energy, and jewellery — this week’s IPO lineup could reignite momentum in the primary market if investor response remains healthy.
