Delhi Weather Update: Minimum Temperature Rises to 7.7°C, Severe Air Quality Persists for Third Consecutive Day

Delhi weather today showed a noticeable rise in minimum temperature as it climbed to 7.7°C, compared to 5.3°C recorded the previous day, according to the latest weather update. The temperature is considered normal for this time of year, indicating a slight warming trend across the national capital.

Despite the increase in temperature, Delhi air quality remained in the severe category for the third consecutive day. Moderate fog in the early morning hours reduced visibility and further contributed to rising pollution levels, keeping the AQI dangerously high across several parts of the city.

As per the Delhi weather forecast, the maximum temperature is expected to rise further and hover between 24°C and 26°C. On Sunday, Delhi recorded a maximum temperature of 22.7°C, nearly three degrees above the seasonal average. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has stated that no chilly day conditions are likely until Saturday, with daytime temperatures expected to stay above 20°C over the coming days.

While residents may experience slightly warmer days ahead, concerns remain high as persistent pollution and fog continue to impact daily life in the capital.
