A Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan was found dead inside a camp in Odisha’s Sundargarh district on Monday, triggering concern within security circles. The incident took place at Matakjharan village under the jurisdiction of Lathikata police station.According to officials, the jawan was found unresponsive inside the camp premises early in the morning. Upon receiving information, police personnel rushed to the spot and recovered the body. Preliminary findings suggest that the jawan allegedly died by suicide using his service weapon, though officials said the exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined.
