As world leaders gather in Davos for the World Economic Forum (WEF), a delegation of India’s top business leaders is set to meet US President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the event. The meeting will bring together a select group of global CEOs to discuss policy priorities and economic strategies, highlighting India’s growing influence in international business discussions.
The Indian delegation is expected to include Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Chairman of Tata Sons; Sunil Bharti Mittal, Chairman of Bharti Enterprises; Srini Pallia, CEO of Wipro; and Salil S Parekh, CEO of Infosys. Also attending are Anish Shah, Group Chief Executive of Mahindra Group; Sanjiv Bajaj, Chairman and MD of Bajaj Finserv; and Hari S Bhartia, Founder and Co-Chairman of Jubilant Bhartia Group. Together, they represent India’s most influential business sectors, spanning technology, manufacturing, finance, and infrastructure.
The interaction with Donald Trump is expected to focus on key US policy priorities and global economic issues. For Indian CEOs, it offers a platform to engage directly with international policymakers and corporate peers while showcasing India’s economic ambitions and corporate strength on a global stage.
WEF 2026 has drawn over 3,000 delegates from more than 130 countries, including political leaders, policymakers, business executives, and thought leaders. India’s strong presence underscores its rising role in global economic discussions and its position as a key driver of growth amid evolving international dynamics.
