The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha, on Monday detailed extensive arrangements for the upcoming Matriculation examination during a press conference held in Bhubaneswar. The briefing was led by BSE Chairperson Shrikanta Tarai, who outlined measures related to examination logistics, security, and real-time monitoring.According to the Board, the Matric examination will commence from February 19, 2026, while the dispatch of question papers will begin from Tuesday. This year, a total of 5,61,979 students have registered to appear for the examination, which will be conducted across 3,082 centres throughout the state.
