Senior Congress leader Mohammed Moquim is set to make a strong political statement at a youth convention in Bhubaneswar tomorrow, which is expected to see participation from over 1,200 young leaders from across Odisha, highlighting growing mobilisation among the state’s youth.
Moquim has indicated that a new political party will be formally announced by the end of March, with the youth convention seen as a key step in building momentum ahead of the launch. The large turnout is expected to demonstrate his organisational strength and emerging political direction.
"As I have said before, establishing a major programme requires meeting people and taking on multiple responsibilities. By the end of March, all preparations will be complete, and the foundation of the new party will be laid. We are engaging with Youth Congress leaders, women, and farmers across the state to finalise our agenda for Odisha," Moquim stated.
The Bhubaneswar event is expected to play a crucial role in solidifying support, showcasing youth participation, and signalling the political momentum behind Moquim’s upcoming venture.
