Podcaster Sweekriti Talks has deleted a recent episode featuring brand manager Kaveri Baruah after it sparked controversy and online backlash. During the podcast, Baruah spoke about her professional encounter with Telugu star Allu Arjun, claiming she was given a list of 42 dos and don’ts before meeting the actor, including strict interaction protocols.
The remarks quickly gained traction online, leading to criticism and alleged harassment directed at both the guest and the podcaster. In response, Sweekriti stated that she removed the video to protect Baruah, who holds a responsible position in a reputed organisation, from further online attacks. She maintained that the discussion was factual and professional, not defamatory.
Meanwhile, Allu Arjun’s team issued a strong statement rejecting the claims as baseless and untrue. They emphasised that the actor conducts himself with dignity and announced that their legal team is initiating defamation proceedings against those responsible for spreading what they described as false information.
The controversy has ignited debates on celebrity image management, online trolling, and freedom of expression in digital content spaces. Baruah has not made any further public comments since the video was taken down.
