In a tragic incident, a junior clerk of Balasore Medical College was found dead at his residence on Tuesday, sending shockwaves through the local community. The deceased has been identified as Samarjit Pradhan, a resident of the Alupur locality under the jurisdiction of Balasore Sadar police station.
According to preliminary reports, the young man is suspected to have died by suicide. Sources said he was found hanging with the help of a towel, though the precise circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be officially confirmed.
Family Dispute Suspected
Initial indications suggest that a family-related dispute may have driven him to take the extreme step. However, officials have stated that the exact cause of death will only be ascertained after the investigation is completed and the post-mortem report is received.
