In his first public address following the Bihar Assembly election loss, RJD leader and former deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav launched a sharp attack on the NDA and BJP. He claimed that the election process was unfair, alleging systemic bias from officials, media, and capitalists.
Tejashwi highlighted that 1.90 crore voters supported the RJD, reflecting public trust in the party. He demanded accountability from the NDA on its promise of providing one crore jobs and criticised the BJP’s double standards on dynastic politics.
Addressing recent remarks by BJP leader Rajiv Pratap Rudy, Tejashwi challenged the government over rising crime and questioned its silence on women’s safety following the alleged sexual assault at Shambhu Hostel.
Announcing future plans, Tejashwi stated he would tour every district after the budget session beginning February 2 to strengthen the party organization down to booth level. He urged party workers to maintain morale and continue fighting injustice, asserting that the coming time will belong to the poor.
