A felicitation ceremony was organised in Bhubaneswar to honour outgoing Odisha Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja for his distinguished service and leadership. The event was attended by senior government officials, including Ahuja’s wife, Arati Ahuja, a retired administrative officer, who joined him on the occasion.
Addressing the gathering, Manoj Ahuja reflected on his administrative journey in Odisha and expressed deep gratitude for the cooperation and support he received during his tenure. He described his association with the state as both professionally fulfilling and personally enriching.
Highlighting the strength of the state’s governance system, Ahuja lauded the dedication, professionalism, and efficiency of Odisha’s administrative officers. He noted that the collective competence and integrity of the bureaucracy have played a vital role in advancing governance and public service delivery across the state.
“The strength of Odisha lies in its committed and capable administrative team. Their collective effort and sense of responsibility will continue to guide the state toward sustained growth and development,” he said.
The outgoing Chief Secretary also expressed confidence in the future leadership of the state and extended his best wishes to all officers, urging them to continue serving with dedication and integrity.
The event was attended by senior officials including Additional Chief Secretaries Surendra Kumar and Hemant Sharma, along with several departmental heads and senior administrators. Anu Garg, who is set to take over as the new Chief Secretary, was also present at the programme.
