A fatal road accident occurred on the National Highway near Nandigram in Andhra Pradesh, involving a family from Patisunapur village, Ganjam district, Odisha. The family was travelling to Srikakulam for medical treatment when their car collided with a speeding truck. The paralytic patient, Baleya, and his sister-in-law, Mohanam, died instantly.
