The Indian Army has announced that the application process for the Short Service Commission (SSC) Technical Course–67 is nearing its final stage. The recruitment drive aims to induct qualified engineering graduates into officer ranks, providing a prestigious opportunity to serve the nation in technical arms and services.
The SSC (Tech)–67 entry is open to unmarried male and female candidates who meet the prescribed age and educational criteria. Final-year engineering students are also eligible to apply, subject to fulfilling commissioning requirements.
Applicants are shortlisted based on academic performance and called for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview, which evaluates leadership ability, aptitude and officer-like qualities. Notably, this entry does not require a written examination, making it a sought-after pathway for engineering graduates aspiring to join the Indian Army.
Candidates must submit their applications through the official Indian Army website before the respective deadlines, as extensions are generally not provided.
