As the CBSE Board Exams 2026 draw closer, lakhs of students across India are awaiting the release of theCBSE Admit Card 2026forClass 10 and Class 12. The admit card is mandatory for entry into the examination hall and serves as a student’s official identity during the exams.
According to the official CBSE schedule,Class 10 exams will be held from February 17 to March 10, 2026, whileClass 12 exams will run from February 17 to April 9, 2026. Based on previous years’ trends—when admit cards were released about two weeks before exams—CBSE is expected to issue hall tickets in thefirst week of February 2026.
Regular studentswill not be able to download admit cards themselves. School principals or exam coordinators will download them from the CBSE portal and distributeprinted, signed, and stamped copiesto students.
Private candidatesmust download their admit cards directly from the official CBSE website (cbse.gov.in) using their application details.
Students must carefully check:
Name, roll number, and photograph
Exam centre address and reporting time
Subject-wise exam dates
Important exam-day instructions
Any discrepancy should be reported immediately to school authorities or CBSE officials to avoid last-minute problems.
Without a valid admit card,no student will be allowed to appear for the board exams. Students are advised to collect their hall tickets as soon as they are released, keep multiple photocopies, and familiarise themselves with their exam centres in advance.
With exams just weeks away, students should stay alert for official announcements and rely only on CBSE’s authorised platforms for updates related to theCBSE Admit Card 2026.
