Actor Salman Khan has commenced filming a special dance sequence for his upcoming action dramaBattle of Galwan, with preparations in full swing for a six-day schedule in Mumbai. According to reports from Bollywood Hungama, the shoot began on February 6 and is expected to wrap on February 12.
The production is currently taking place in Gorai before moving to a specialised set at Golden Tobacco in Vile Parle. The choreography is being led by Shabina Khan, who has previously collaborated with Salman on multiple projects. The song features two distinct backdrops, promising a visually striking addition to the film.
Once filming of this musical number concludes, only about two weeks of production remain to complete the movie.Battle of Galwanis slated for theatrical release on April 17, though there are reports suggesting a potential postponement to mid-August. The film recounts the June 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops, with Salman portraying PVC recipient Colonel B Santosh Babu, the officer who led the Indian forces. Apoorva Lakhia directs the film, with Chitrangada Singh playing a pivotal role.
