OTV Managing Director Jagi Mangat Panda inaugurated the 16th edition ofOTV Foresight 2026in Delhi, welcoming policymakers, industry leaders, academicians, and eminent personalities. Highlighting 16 years of OTV Foresight, Panda reflected on the platform’s journey of fostering constructive debate, generating actionable ideas, and focusing on solutions rather than challenges.
