The official teaser forHouse of the DragonSeason 3 is finally here, giving fans a glimpse into the darker, deadlier days ahead in Westeros. Released by HBO, the one-minute teaser sets the stage for a major escalation in the Targaryen civil war, promising larger battles, strategic betrayals, and far-reaching consequences for the realm.

The teaser opens with Aemond Targaryen occupying the Iron Throne following the brutal events of the previous season, his silent and steely presence signaling a hardened rule and an inevitable path to bloodshed. Meanwhile, Queen Alicent Hightower seems to be quietly exiting King’s Landing, possibly in a final attempt to reconcile with her estranged childhood friend and rival, Rhaenyra Targaryen. However, reconciliation appears unlikely.

Rhaenyra has strengthened her position by rallying new dragon-riders, showcasing her growing military advantage.
