On January 7, Karan Singh Grover took to Instagram to celebrate Bipasha Basu’s birthday with an intimate and previously unseen photograph. The picture shows Bipasha holding their daughter Devi, dressed casually yet radiating warmth, capturing a tender family moment.

Along with the image, Karan penned an emotional message expressing his love and admiration for his wife, describing her as his best friend, the most patient person in his life, and his entire world. The post quickly gained attention online, with fans and industry colleagues showering the family with love. Actor Dia Mirza also commented, calling it a “perfect picture”.

Bipasha responded affectionately to the post, while the occasion also brought renewed attention to her recent comments on societal scrutiny faced by women after motherhood. She has spoken openly about postpartum body shaming and the pressure women face, stressing the importance of empathy, confidence and women supporting one another.

The couple, who tied the knot in April 2016, welcomed their daughter Devi in November 2022. This birthday marked Bipasha Basu’s second celebration as a mother, made special by a deeply personal tribute from her husband that resonated strongly with fans.
