The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially started the online registration process for JEE Main 2026 Session 2, providing engineering aspirants another opportunity to secure admission to top technical institutions across India. The application window opened on February 1, 2026, and will close on February 25, 2026.
JEE Main 2026 is being conducted in two sessions. While Session 1 took place in January, Session 2 examinations are scheduled to be held from April 2 to April 9, 2026. Candidates seeking admission to BTech, BArch, and BPlanning programmes can apply through the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Candidates who appeared in Session 1 and have already completed registration and fee payment are not required to register again. They can simply log in using their existing application number and password to apply for Session 2. New applicants must complete the full registration process, including filling out the application form, uploading necessary documents, and paying the examination fee before the deadline.
According to the official schedule, admit cards for Session 2 are expected to be released three to four days before the examination. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official website for updates related to exam city intimation slips, admit cards, and other announcements.
The NTA has also issued a strict warning against submitting multiple application forms. Any candidate found with more than one application number will be booked under Unfair Means (UFM), even if detected at a later stage, and strict action will be taken.
Candidates facing difficulties during the application process can contact the NTA helpline numbers or email support for assistance. Aspirants are strongly advised to complete their applications well before February 25 to avoid last-minute technical issues.
